My experience

At The C Class we pursue personal, professional, corporate and personal brand development of  our C-Level customers.

I am the head of operations for consulting services, primarily providing CEOs with business development supported by technology. 

With the support of our multi-discipline team, I  develop digital business strategies hand-by-hand with our customers. 

 I lead the integration of new technologies and ensure their availability for clients. 

MVS Capital is a Mexican group, leading in Media, Education and Entertainment.
As head of Information Technology and Engineering,  I developed and executed the Digital Transformation strategy of the Media Business Unit, which resulted in being recognized as the most important media group in Mexico by the Federal Institute of Telecommunications.  

I led the project to implement the Commercial Intelligence platform, the migration of the ERP, and developed several systems for HR.

I implemented two award-winning solutions, one for internal customers to request media content for local stations, and another one for external customers to audit their ads in real time. I managed over 120 radio stations in Mexico, USA and Latinamerica, all of them with streaming services, podcasts, and apps.

I led a strategy to improve the ranking of the News Website in search engines.

I implemented the Student Information System and the LMS for two college campuses.

My team ensured that all events, from small activities to concerts with over 100,000 attendants were produced and broadcasted with the highest quality.

  AEM is the national space agency of Mexico.   

I define the architecture for the technological platform of the agency.

I was also in charge of implementation.

I implemented an award-winning solutions to maintain the agency's staff fully capable of performing their everyday duties despite their location.

I was in charge of defining the technological needs to equip the first two Space Centers in Mexico.
